Xorg.log

Description of problem:

After installing fglrx 13.2 beta the X does not start. With older version of drivers it was crashing because of the problems with intel driver, now it exits cleanly with errors in Xorg.log:
[ 27.188] (II) fglrx(0): Invalid ATI BIOS from int10, the adapter is not VGA-enabled
[ 27.188] (EE) fglrx(0): Invalid video BIOS signature!

HW: HP ProBook 4540s, i5 chipset, AMD Radeon HD 7500M/7600M Series
(the notebook is sold with OpenSUSE 11 as OS, so once OpenSUSE moves to new kernel+intel driver, HP can expect many angry custormers... although I prefer Kubuntu, so I did hit the problems ~half year sooner or so)

SW: Kubuntu 12.10, x86_64, kernel 3.5.0-22-generic, Xorg 1.13.0, fglrx 13.2 beta

The propietary fglrx driver *did work* back in Kubuntu 12.04, since update to 12.10 I'm yet waiting for working combination of kernel/intel/fglrx
At first fglrx did crash because of changes in intel drivers, latest 13.2 beta looks to be working well in this aspect, also there's no more the "muxless platform is not supported" warning message in Xorg.log, but instead it fails with this "Invalid video BIOS signature", which I haven't seen before.

So 13.2 beta is certainly improvement (I have seen several user reporting their combination of HW finally works with 13.2), but not good enough for my HW.

Steps to reproduce:
1. working Kubuntu 12.10 with Intel only drivers, running fglrx installer, choosing option to generate .deb packages
2. installing all three .deb packages, running sudo aticonfig --initial
3. reboot

Actual result:

step 2. emits some messages which are very likely not related to this bug directly but for completeness I'm adding those here:

$ sudo aticonfig --initial
Uninitialised file found, configuring.
PowerXpress info: Diagnostic output from /usr/lib/fglrx/switchlibglx:
update-alternatives: warning: forcing reinstallation of alternative
/usr/lib/fglrx/ld.so.conf because link group x86_64-linux-gnu_gl_conf is
/broken
update-alternatives: warning: not replacing
//usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xorg/extra-modules with a link

step 3. ends on tty1 in text mode, with X failed to start.
The Xorg.log shows the fglrx is terminated after this:
[ 27.188] (II) fglrx(0): Invalid ATI BIOS from int10, the adapter is not VGA-enabled
[ 27.188] (EE) fglrx(0): Invalid video BIOS signature!
[    27.188] (EE) fglrx(0): GetBIOSParameter failed

I'm attaching full Xorg.log

Expected result:

fglrx initializes correctly, works together with intel card, and working 3D acceleration.

Xorg.log from 13.2-beta6

I noticed the new 13.2-beta6 release on AMD page, so I went ahead.

Result is identical, loading fglrx driver fails due to "invalid BIOS", I'm adding the Xorg.log (but looks almost identical to beta3 I think).
